Hi Yoel, I did a little bit of work on it this weekend but had a hard time because I was really just groping in the dark. I did, however, discover the command to return the uncommon features between two files--comm.
I'm to the point where I pull the headlines, make about a billion temporary files so I can get current headlines, compare to old headlines, add differences to the old headlines list, then do the mailing.
