Doesn't seem to affect Xmms, I guess because that is using OSS, which
also causes me to lose sound in games.

Wouldn't touch KDE with a ten-foot Australian!

When I go into the config options, the only ones it will let me choose
are OSS and SDL. Do I have to run MPlayer in KDE to use ARTS?
