It appears you also need to --enable-nanorc, (or --enable-all) and then
configure the .nanorc to accept the -Y switch and give a command line
argument to tell it what...

ah, never mind, I'll stick with vi fer dat... ;-)

or SciTE for GUI, you *cannot* beat it.

(here comes the usual "best-text-editor-flamewar"...)
