More than likely the sponsorship deals were inked well in advance of the lawsuit being filed. HP was supposed to have a keynote speaker at the show and pulled him and from what I understand, they have been noticeably absent from any of the proceedings and are not publicly commenting on the lawsuit. I think that we should all be cognizant that not every business wants to hang its future on a very public fight about intellectual property, regardless of how they might personally feel about who is right and wrong.
