[newbie] Licq

Hi there! It's me again :) I'm trying to install Licq in Mandrake 9.2 and when I click in the .rpm, the system give me the following message   Não satisfeita a condição htmlview   This message is in portuguese and I don't Know how to translate to the original version but means the some condiction to installation is not satisfied. When I click ok and try again, the message complains about other unsatisfied things What I have to do?   Another question off-topic: The way I'm using the list are correct? Am I breaking some rule?
