Have a look at these files: /etc/hosts.allow /etc/hosts.deny They are probably configured to deny access to everyone except localhost. To change this, read the man page on hosts.allow by enterning the following command at a shell prompt... man hosts.allow Then edit the host access files (as root) and grant access as you see fit.
