Hmmm,

Is this the level of support we get?
I have a similar problem with a PCI network driver.

Though I just submitted the question I'm wondering
that same question. You're right though, where are
some direct email support numbers? I certainly
appreciate the help of individuals but the company
should provide SOME direct support.
