Mike the old DOS command for shipping drives was used whith RLL and MFM drives
because the read/write heads didn't move to a safe area on the drive when
powered down.  With the new IDE, EIDE, and SCSI drives the head are moved to
safe area of the drive when powered down.  You don't need to use that utility
anymore.
