For example: http://www.dyndns.org and www.dhs.org They will provide you with a URL for your website (for free!), which points to your (dynamic) IP. There are also plenty of tools available that can be used to automatically update your IP-adres in their DNS whenever it changes (see websites). Regards, Leander Koornneef
