Your Future President:
First things you need to know are these: I am female, and I am single.
This is very rare for UUG presidential candidates. I've been using
Linux for over 2 years, and am currently running Gentoo on 2 systems.
I have spent the past year protecting the members of the UUG from
spammers, etc. I'm currently taking cs345 and cs404.

What's in it for YOU:
  Real Promises:
Food for at least a few meetings
Exciting Meetings covering a wide range of topic
An additional meeting each month geared specifically toward newbies
Will actually get T-shirts designed and offered to the UUG
      membership
    Binary Grab Bags!!!!
    No new taxes^H^H^H^H^H^HClub fees
Accessable president who is friendly and easy to get along with
Club barbecue when the Evil Empire in Lindon finally falls to its
      knees
  Vague Promises:
    Food at meetings
Girls at meetings (yes... if i'm elected president, there will be
      girls at the meetings)
    Presenters from across the country
    Free T-Shirts for all
  Wild and Crazy Promises:
Free pizza and donuts at every meeting
Mac Minis for the binary grab bag
Will go on a date with guys who vote for me (unless they're
      married/engaged)
  Student-Run Radio Stations:
G5 laptops for the binary grab bag
iTunes ported to Linux, but with all music free
Linus Torvalds will present at one of our meetings
Will use SCO offices as timber to roast s'mores after their demise

Mudslinging:
SCO++:
Yes, I am going to point out his name. Are you really willing to
support SCO by voting for this person? Honestly!
Do you not believe that a candidate for the UUG Presidency should have
passed cs236 by now? However, our dear SCO++ has not made it through
this class yet. How can that be?
However, that is old news. However, I'm sure that many of you did not
realize that SCO++ is planning on using the fact that he has *root* on
phantom to skew the results. Indeed, he plans to steal your right to
choose the future president of this club! Throughout the last year,
you have seen the disrespect he has for the rights of members of
the club! How much longer can you take this? He has oppressed you
for an entire year as the vice-president of the UUG. Are you willing
to have him weild ultimate control in the future?

Tofu:
By going by "Topher", my dear competitor has been trying to disguise
his complete and utter love for tofu. In fact, he loves tofu more than
he loves Tux! Believe it or not, if SCO offered to pay him in tofu,
he would even work for them and support their evil ways. *SHUDDER*
Now, you are probably wonder why this candidate loves tofu so much---
it's the only substance as slimy as he is.
Have you seen Topher's attendance this year at UUG meetings? He has
missed more than he's attended! That's no way to show that he cares
about the club and its members!
Now, I'd suggest that you visit Topher's website:
  http://students.cs.byu.edu/~javert42
There, on the front page, you can see that this candidate does not
even know how to operate a webcloner safely! Are you sure you want
  him running the UUG?
Beyond all that, wouldn't you think that someone running for UUG
president would have finished cs240 by now? Honestly!
  He's barely ahead of SCO++!!

So, as you can see, I am clearly the best candidate for UUG President.
And if you don't see that, I'm sure that Goo can help you recognize that
fact... :)
