Questions are great. Everyone learns when questions are asked in a
public forum.  :)

Ouch! I've never worked with a dock, so I'm not sure about that, but
if I were you, I'd check google and see if there's a fix for that!

looks like someone's already answered your question regarding the
kernel, so I'll just address the wireless questions. I did a quick
search on your card and linux, and came across an article
(http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=125627) which says that your
card (or at least a version of that card) can work with ndiswrapper.
The instructions on that article won't work for you, because they're
for gentoo, but I know there are a couple people on the list who are
reasonably good with ndiswrapper setup, and could probably help you
out.

I've never used Linuxant, but from what you've mentioned, it sounds
like it's somewhat similar to ndiswrapper, as both are wrappers for
the windows driver. I dont know why Linuxant isn't working,
unfortunately.

One of these days, we're going to need to get something written to
make ndiswrapper setup a bit less complex. Any takers? I'm busy for
the next couple months, but it might be an interesting thing to look
at in the future..... :)

Anyway, good luck with everything, and keep up the great questions!
