I read someplace (found on google) that the livna repositories have an
ndiswrapper-ready kernel for FC4.

ah...  you can do 'yum install kernel-module-ndiswrapper-$(uname -r)',
and it's supposed to handle that for you.  I've never tried it, so i
can't speak for it, but if you google, you should be able to find more
information
