Lets look at this email as an example. _Possible_ apology count: 3 words ( You're right Eric) "It's your Fault" words count : 119 (all the rest) Any reasonable person after receiving a few of those emails would cease to desire to be of assistance to the sender. The reason it's "adding fuel to the fire" is because you were not hearing the instructions on how to Pour water on the fire (Hint they are written on bottom of boot heel).
