Have you checked the rear bulbs?  If the blinkers on bikes are the same as
cars, there needs to be a certain amount of electrical current flowing,
before the blinker activates.  Typically, when your blinker doesn't blink
(or blinks fast/slow), it means one of the bulbs is burnt out.
