I would check all of the relays first. If they are all fine then it could be
a short in your wiring in your turn signal wiring harness. Let us know what
happens. HotrodMamma.

I wanted to check through my manual before I asked this question, but
since I cant find the answer:

My problem is that my front turn signals will turn on, but not blink.
As soon as I switch the turn signal on that side will go dead. I'm
pretty sure that's a relay problem and a part I'm looking for. But
neither of the back signals will turn on at all, they are dead 100% of
the time. I looked at all of the fuses underneath the headlight and
they seemed good. I didn't see anywhere else in the manual where to
look or what could be wrong. Any help?
