Assuming that the correct amount of fluid is in them currently you could just capture the fluid and use a measuring cup to figure out how much to put back in. According to the service manual you put in 472cc (15.96 oz) of fluid in then pump the fork to get rid of air, then compress the fork fully, then check the fluid level and it should be at 137 mm (5.4 in) from the top of the fork tube when held at 90 degrees upright.
