That's probly battery acid overflow caused from the churn of the
electrolyte from the charging.
Make sure the tube is routed such that the drip does not fall on the
swingarm (which will peel the paint in short order), or on the
muffler or pipe (it will stain chrome).
And best buy yourself a Clymer manual and read up on the bike, toot
suite, before your enthusiasm overrides your common sense (!) <grin>
