I did report this problem. Unfortunately, the problem isn't fixed for the
time being. I'm in contact with Nikon France technical staff but I have big
problems to get an answer.
Remember too that I observed the same problem with another sample I checked
in my camera store.
You are the first and only one who answered to my message so far. So I
cannot figure out if this is an "isolated anomaly" or not. Any other F100
owners reports welcome!
