I'm personally not thrilled with the idea of a separate nlug-jobs list. I'm not necessarily looking for a job right now, but I don't mind having a job ad show up in my mailbox occasionally. I often see things show up and recognize that they might be a good fit for someone I know and I forward those messages to them. If it were a separate list, people like me (not actively looking) wouldn't have that input and experience.
I do like the idea of forcing the subject to say [JOB] or something to that effect.
