I agree with Chris on this one, there are a lot of us unemployed folk on this list that don't mind the job postings, but I would like for a way to filter them out. Also, this puts a Rule on job postings if they put [JOB] in the subject line, that way if they don't follow the job posting rule, make them do it again... :D Sorta like the Van Halen clause in their riders... if there is one green M&M in the bowl, they cancel the show because that tells them someone slipped up somewhere else..
