Ah!  I didn't realize that  maybe that explains my phone sucking the
battery dry as I have no cell service in our new offices  all my apps try
to use the wifi all day keeping it active.  Ok, that said, I know that the
development libraries supplied for iPhone allow for setting up events based
on geolocation fences so it shouldn't be hard to write something that would
work.
