Well, your long-time goal is to make a good program that can answer questions 
using some logic if necessary, right? Well, I think you'll have to make your 
program able to parse Wikipedia texts and so on for that. Maybe start with the 
"simple english" wikipedia ( http://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_language 
)? Good luck. :P

And before you can do that, you'll probably have to build in a dictionary 
backend.

Oooh, and when all of that works, make it able to accept commands. :) "Make me 
a sandwich"
