With one row dimension and any column dimension, the final row label spans
both leading grid columns, but this only freezes the first matching header
cell. The adjacent header cell scrolls away while the body cell remains frozen,
so the header no longer lines up with its column. Should the renderer mark the
complete corner block and freeze that block rather than infer individual cells
from row position?
