I'm not sure.  I think it was suggested, but I don't know if they had
another one available or not.  Someone else was working on the problem and
asked me to take a look at it.  Will check into it.

I assume from your question, you think a workstation app is still holding a
reference to the profile?  I'd considered that, but wasn't sure if that were
possible.  I'm not overly familiar with Citrix.  The presence of the .bak
profile key struck me as odd.  In what situation is this created?  I'd never
seen one before, but I don't look into the ProfileList key very often
either.
