Our policy with Citrix and user profiles is that if there is a problem, delete it. You should also look at the actual Citrix server she's logging into and find the profile there and delete it.
Don't know how I missed the Citrix reference in the original post. Issues with profiles on Citrix are "fairly common", especially if the user doesn't log off properly, which is 99% of the cause of profile issues with Citrix.
