I've seen problems involving Riverbed accelerators, Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. Lots of events 9646 on Exchange servers saying users had hit the 32 sessions limit. Turns out the problem was one Riverbed feature that kept MAPI sessions open to optimize mail traffic. Once that was disabled the problems were resolved. Other than that it works nice.
