AtomKraft allows you to render any geo as a subdivison surface.
We only support Catmull-Clark subdivision atm though. This is a
render-time effect, rendering a limit surface (i.e. there is no visible
polygonal approximation, how close you may ever zoom into the geo).
If you want to test this, download an copy of AtomKraft
(https://atomkraft.hk/nuke), swap your ScanlineRender node for an
AtomRender node and put an AtomTagGeo node after your geo, set
subdivision to 'Catmull-Clark'.
