Hi Ginny That's exactly what I meant when I said 'fire them'. In most jobs you can be asked to leave (after an enquiry) if you don't full fill the duties you were appointed for.
I am from an HR background & I really believe 'smaller companies (i.e. non - corporates) do not follow the proper routes when employing staff & when they fail in their jobs. There is a lot that can improve!
