Hello,
I've written a wrapper around PROJ.4 (http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/).
I've made an Octave package and I would like to upload to
Octave-Forge. How can I do it?

In section "Developers" of Octave-Forge web page a procedure for
contributing code is explained, but I think that is very complicated
for me. I only want to contribute a simple package. On the other hand,
in Octave-Forge FAQ says:

Q: How do i submit packages to Octave-Forge?

A: Currently we don't have a certain system for including packages, so
you should just send a message to the mailing list describing your
package.

Should I submit my package to this list?

About the license, PROJ.4 has a MIT license
(http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/wiki/WikiStart#License), that is, a free
license.

Thanks
