I have uploaded a copy of the package in
http://www.mat.ucm.es/~joseluig/descargas/octproj_src.tar.gz

In this file you can find the code for octproj-1.0.0 package and the
html help generated with the generate_html package. In the doc section
of octproj you can see a small *.pdf with an overview of the package.
My English is bad, so the documentation probably should be correcter.
I would be grateful if someone could do.
