In my draft I made the note that it only would be done if the unanimous board agreed to do it this way in the first place, because I wanted everyone to be comfortable with doing email biz this way. If someone was concerned that decisions would be made when they were not able to participate (like happened several times in the last 3+ years), I wanted to make sure their voice was heard and changes made /before/ we adopted a policy that potentially could railroad things thru :-) -John
