I'd actually be happier with the majority of the OGB providing a response. 
Ideally we should be able to prioritize the discussion by importance, and thus 
figure out whether it is appropriate to conduct business via e-mail. Notifying 
each other of various travel plans, or down time, would be good to encourage. 
Also, it might be worth employing the ARC style timeout for discussions?
