I'm just not as concerned about it. I expect and trust the rest of my fellow OGB members to be absolutely able and willing to make a decision on many of the things that come through in our day to day business without me assuming a certain level of impact. For higher impact actions, I'd expect them to wait. It's been somewhat frustrating trying to get things done over the past year because we've been waiting on everyone to participate - would be good to reduce that burden. Glynn
