It's certainly true that there is a class of content changes that have
nothing to do with infrastructure.  And I'll agree that the Advocacy
Group has a lot of interest in the website's content.

OTOH, putting the writers with the typewriter manufacturers means that
when the writers start asking for superscripts and proportionally spaced
characters, it's likely to be easier for them to work out the details
with the typewriter manufacturers.

Would it work to have a Content project that is overseen by multiple
Community Groups?
