Funny, I guess I look at it differently...if I were Chaosium I would be 
thinking about the increased distribution channels WotC has, the liklihood I 
would have some control over content, the liklihood I'd have a page or two in 
the back for an ad, and all the backstock that I now have a new market for...

Seems like a huge win-win to me.  Hey WotC, wanna license Vampire Hunter$ for 
D20?  :D
