I don't believe it and figured passing it on here would be the fastest way to get it squished. I have heard from other sources that it was the final result of Ryan's pointing out the license is not yet final about a month ago. I try not to ascribe to maliciousness what I can ascribe to stupidity, so if they got what they posted out of Ryan's comments, they're pretty damn stupid.
