Oh NOW I see what you're talking about.  Well, they are easy enough to
create if they don't get included in the SRD.  I see them as pretty hand
myself, so perhaps they could be included, if not by level then as part of
the alphabetical listing?  Formatting isn't really a priority as much as not
having to retype everything.
