Wait a second...  If I create a new class and OGL it, I can't add the bit 
'add X+Int Bonus skill points per level'?  That doesn't sound right to 
me.  Do we have to say something like, "gains skills like a <insert SRD 
class here>"?

The rate for feats, statistics and the exp/level chart makes more sense as 
to why they are off limits.
