Again, (1) the stat blocks will have theoretically
already been released via the SRD, 2) there has been
no mention that the PHB would contain stat blocks for
monsters, and (3) why wait til the last moment to
publish an adventure cooked up overnight without the
d20 logo?

I will simply leave it as a disagreement at this
point.  I echo Joseph's earlier comments, and add that
such a "PR stunt" means little to a company that
wishes to be more than the talk of a single
convention.
