The D20SRD is a "work" that describes the basic d20 system, definitly as it
is expressed in D&D and possibly as it is expressed in Star Wars. It will
be released under the OGL, and will not include the "d20" trademark.

Any work that is *derivitive* of the D20SRD must use the OGL. Any work
released under the OGL is "open game."

Yeppers. But you also (by the D20STL) *HAVE* to be derivitive of the D20SRD
to use the D20STL.

AFAIK, yes. If you want to take the ENTIRE d20 system and release it by
yourself, word-for-word (or expanded with explinations) you could. WotC
lets you do this because they are confident no one can compete with them for
an in-depth volume of the D20 rules.
