This is an unofficial FAQ and is my interpretation (and those of others on
the list who have bothered to review it). Mr. Dancey has reviewed it and
his comments were incorporated.
I currently have about 15 additional "Frequent Questions" ready to put in.

I have not updated the FAQ since May as many of the issues I will put in
(such as the "trademark" discussion) are still (IMHO) yet to be resolved. I
intend to update this FAQ after the license has been finalized and keep
making it available to list members - regardless of which direction I decide
to go with open gaming (OGL,/Make My Own license/Go with a competing
license.)
Despite my own bent on certain issues, I am personally committed to making
the FAQ as impartial as possible.
Incidently this has been (and will continue to be) a central theme of the
OGF - it will succeed (or fail) on the basis of whether individuals like
myself continue to provide pro-bono services for the foundation. If WotC
ever must become the main "service provider" for the OGF, then the notion of
the OGF as an organization that supports the needs of GAMERS rather than
WotC will evaporate - it will be a FAN CLUB and a MARKETING TOOL only.
This is something that i think nobody on this list currently wants to have
happen.
