Considering it's pretty east to make a 12 to 14 stat system with different
names, . . . not that I'm keen on it. I actually prefer having 6
attributes, particularly the way 3e handles making each of them pretty
valuable.

I believe you can Add stats and still use the d20 license... I know for
sure that you can't remove them. If you did, you'd be restricted to
just the OGL, not the D20STL.
