Well the Prestige Class contains Feat advancements, spell advancement, hp
changes, etc. Well almost all that show what you got when you "gain a
level". Its explicitly "effects on characters advancing in "level"". Of
course you still *need* the PHB because you don�t provide the XP chart, but
excluding this chart, Prestige class are almost 90% equal as creating a new
class.

Well that�s seems a reasonable "interpretation" of the 3.1.2 note, but its
still an interpretation, and I can come to the exact opposite decision
depending on how I want to read the text.

PS: I really don�t want to bother people and look as a moron that like to
argue for everything. So excuse me but I really think that point is still
really unclear and for me, reading the text should result in a 90% NO
answer, opposite to the 100% YES answer I got at the Gen Con.

PPS: I still don�t know if that question should be directed in a more
appropriate section, as it refer to D20 trademark only and not exactly to
OGL.
