I don�t know if its the right place to ask that question but the d20 list
seems to be closed.
I have attend at the d20 seminars at Gen Con and I was really interested by
the concept of "Prestige Class" as they can really improve background and
roleplay.
For example you can create simply 2 arcane orders of special warriors that
are never ending enemies (the archetype being the Jedi� and Black Jedi�, or
the White, Red and Black Magic Schools).
There is an example of mystic Prestige class in the last issue of Dragon.
Those prestige classes NEED you to explain how to reach to them and what you
gain when you "level" in each.
At both Open game forum and Prestige Class forums, the question was asked if
it was possible to publish an adventure with Prestige classe and using the
D20 TRADEMARK licence. The answer was YES but it seems to contradict the
following statement

3.1.2. No Publication distributed under the terms of this License may
contain information explaining the effects on characters of earning
experience or advancing in "level" as that term is defined in the D20 System
Reference Document v0.0.

So what is the answer?
