IANAL, but I think a lot of good, and a lot of PR, could be achieved by
trying to get the focus of the liscence from "That which is not explicitly
open is closed" to "That which is not explicitly closed is open". It's a
subtle, but important, difference. I'd rather see people have to
deliberately set aspects aside as closed than have to mark material as open.

I would also work harder on emphasizing the 'viral' nature of the liscence.
