Actually, ethically/morally isn't a separate issue.  It's all laid out in
the OGL.  You (as a publisher) wrestle with the ethical/moral issues BEFORE
you publish under the OGL, and decide to publish because you are comfortable
having other folks using your OGC for any legal purpose.  If you aren't,
then you shouldn't use the OGL.  Complaining about perceived ethical/moral
violations after you publish is pointless.
