Ummm, not to nitpick, but yes you do. It is still yours, and you still hold
the copyright. You still have full legal rights to prosecute anyone who
violates that copyright. All that you have done is to issue a very generous
usage license that completely negates your control over its use as long as
those using it comply with said license in full. What you described is more
like public domain. While this is a nitpick, I would hate for any newcomers
to confuse OGL with public doamin.
