It's a bit of a mess in my mind.  If one creates a derivative of
the SRD and is bound by the terms of the OGL then they cannot
license their work under the GPL.  They do not have the right to
release a derivative work without requiring the licensee to not
indicate compatibility or co-adaptability with federally registered
trademarks or Trademarks as defined in OGL-1f.
