>From my understanding of the whole thing, those creatures were in the *draft* section of the SRD. Now, the appropriate sections of the SRD are no *official*. Since they are gone from the official, and under the Gentleperson's Agreement, all 3rd party publishers who have used material from the draft that is not in the official, are required to bring their prior products up to date.
Paul W. King But, correct me if I am wrong, if I already downloaded their descriptions from an older copy of the SDR I may continue to use them... I'm saying this because, if I'm not wrong, section 4 of the Open Gaming License says that the OGlicense is PERPETUAL, so anyone who already has an old released copy of SRD can use his dog-like friendly and tea-drinking version of Mind Flayer... or at least its own stats... So WoTC is only doing this for clarification and for making her own job easier in order to define a "reasonable common ground" for the producers of D20/SRD compatible material. Am I right? _______________________________________________ Ogf-l mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.opengamingfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/ogf-l
