Just one more quick note -- trying to 'beat' the STL is a mug's game. The OGL is forever, eternal, and non-rescindable; the STL *is* *not*. WOTC can change the STL at whim, and they will do so if they feel anyone is abusing it. As a license, it can include almost any terms, no matter how convoluted or odious. They could, for example, start charging for use of the logo, or mandate that all licensed products include the words "Hail Satan" on every page. Now, they are vastly unlikely to do these things, for a wide range of reasons, and have been, overall, quite reasonable in the power they wield -- but there's no point in trying to 'beat' them. Any loophole you find, they can close, instantly. Any change which is needed to 'win' against you, they can make, without any hesitation. You aren't going to win, because they can change the rules at any point.

In short, if what you plan is even against the *spirit* of the STL, never mind the letter -- don't do it. They can change the letter to match the spirit, and they will do so.
